AI Policy Workshop

The Youth Policy Council’s AI Policy Workshop was created to help young people engage with one of the most important policy conversations of our time. As artificial intelligence continues to shape education, work, media, and public life, the workshop explored not only the technology itself but also the ethical, social, and political questions that come with it.

The session encouraged youth to think critically about how AI should be governed, who should be responsible for its regulation, and how public policy can balance innovation with accountability. By introducing participants to the policy dimensions of emerging technology, the workshop reinforced YPC’s mission of equipping young people to take part in serious, future-focused conversations that will define society in the years ahead.
